Didnt see the Hammers until following year.
other news in love with FLOELLA BENJAMIN, enjoyed the work of Fred Harris, Derek Griffiths, Johnny Morris!!! Tony Hart and Morph and Brian Cant.
Jimll Fix It was unmissable (!) also Blakes 7 and It aint alf hot mum (met Mervyn Hayes years later while pissed outside his pub in StAlbans "arent you the little guy out of it aint alf hot mum? " sure he was pissed off about it.
Pebble Mill with a different band/ music person each day
stayed up to see Logans Run on TV - TITS! (thank you Jenny Agutter!) (maybe i was 8 by then...)
saw Star Wars at cinema months after everyone else did.
Fancied girl a school and first kiss over my stamp collection in the back garden she moved back to Switerland and that was that. (no link)

You left school at 15 in 1978? The school-leaving age was raised to 16 several years earlier.
